Can MyPorter help with day-to-day operations?
Yes. MyPorter does more than answer guest questions. It helps you run your properties more efficiently by checking arrivals and departures, identifying which apartments need cleaning, and turning your reservation information into clear daily action lists - so you save time and stay organized.
Do my guests need to download anything?
No. They message the guest number on WhatsApp or scan the building QR. No new app or account.
What languages does it speak?
All of them. MyPorter detects the guest's language automatically and replies in it. A German guest gets German. A Japanese guest gets Japanese. You do nothing.
What if MyPorter doesn't know the answer?
It never guesses. If a guest asks something it doesn't know, MyPorter messages you on WhatsApp, relays your answer to the guest, and remembers it forever. You answer once. It answers every time after that.
How long does setup take?
About 3 minutes. You chat with MyPorter on WhatsApp and tell it what your guests need to know: WiFi, check-in, house rules, your favorite restaurant, etc. Same way your guests will use it.
